European stock futures were little changed as concern amongst traders that the second bailout for Greece may not resolve the European debt crisis.

Finance ministers awarded Greece a second bailout of a 130 billion Euros. Greece met a key condition for aid by promising additional spending cuts of 325 million Euros. This was the latest of the unpopular measures that motivated street protests in Athens.

Finance ministers are due to meet in Brussels at 3:30 this afternoon.
